We bake handmade bread every day with natural sourdough and certified organic ingredients only. Everything we make is 100% vegan, with no butter, eggs or animal fats.
What we bake: spelt, rye, wholewheat, semi-wholewheat, durum semolina and seeded rustic loaves, plus special breads on set days (olive oil bread, raisin & walnut, olives). Every Tuesday we also make buckwheat bread, made with gluten-free ingredients to order (It may contain traces of gluten, so it is not suitable for coeliacs). We also make vegan cakes, brownies and cookies without white sugar, focaccias, and organic flours and grains.
Visit us: Calle La Naval 169, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00. Order before 12:00 and collect the next day. Home and business deliveries in all Gran Canaria island.
